Dr. Harry Adeghe

Dr. Harry Adeghe is a highly experienced General Dentist with over a decade in the field. He is a proud graduate of the International Dentist Program at Loma Linda University, California, and the University of Benin, Nigeria. His qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) obtained in June 2020 and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) earned in 2007.

Dr. Adeghe is committed to delivering comprehensive dental care in a secure, comfortable, and reassuring environment. His patient-centered approach prioritizes the individual oral health needs, lifestyles, and beliefs of each patient, which has led to the establishment of his new dental office – Peniel Dental Group.

Outside of his profession, Dr. Adeghe cherishes spending quality time with his family and enjoys the art of cooking. He finds joy in horseback riding and has a deep enthusiasm for motorsports. He is also passionate about giving back to the community, volunteering with organizations such as Prostate Cancer Canada, and the Canadian Cancer Society, and supporting the CNIB foundation.

Sonya, a seasoned dental hygienist with 13 years of enriching experience in the field. Passionate about patient education, she dedicates herself to ensuring each individual understands the importance of oral health. Sonya's priority is patient comfort, striving to make every visit as pain-free and relaxed as possible. With her non-judgmental approach, she fosters an atmosphere of trust and understanding, empowering her patients to take control of their dental well-being.

   Outside of her professional life, Sonya is an novice traveler, always eager to explore new destinations and immerse herself in different cultures. When she's not jet-setting, she is either crafting soaps and body care products. Sonya also cherishes spending quality time with her family and close friends, whether it's enjoying a weekend barbecue or embarking on outdoor adventures together. Sonya values these moments of connection and relaxation, finding balance between her passion for oral health care and her love for life's simple pleasures.

Rida Irshad

Rida is the heart and soul behind Floss'em Dental Hygiene, where she brings her passion for dental care to life. Graduating with distinction in 2015 with her dental hygiene diploma, she embarked on a journey to make smiles brighter and healthier. Known for her caring and gentle approach, Rida ensures each patient receives personalized care tailored to their needs, fostering a warm and relaxing environment. Recently, she achieved another milestone, completing her degree in Dental Hygiene Sciences from the University of British Columbia, further enriching her knowledge and skills in the field.

Beyond her dedication to oral health, Rida finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She is an avid baker and finds enjoyment in experimenting with interior design in her own home. Rida also cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, enriching her life with love and laughter.
